Create decorative raised effects with the Talens Art Creation Effect Liner Set. These versatile relief liners are designed to produce three-dimensional lines, dots, outlines, and pearl-like embellishments on a variety of lightly absorbent surfaces, including paper, cardboard, canvas, wood, and most textiles.

The smooth-flowing formula makes it easy to create elegant dimensional accents and decorative details. Effect Liners are especially suitable for forming smooth, rounded pearl effects, adding texture and visual interest to craft projects, mixed-media artwork, greeting cards, home décor items, and textile decorations.

For the strongest three-dimensional effect, hold the nozzle slightly above the surface and apply the paint evenly without touching the substrate. Once dry, the raised details retain their shape and decorative finish.

When decorating textiles, wash the fabric beforehand without fabric softener. After curing, the decorated fabric remains washable at temperatures up to 40°C.
