Van Gogh Water Colours are a student-to-artist quality range designed to deliver brilliant, transparent, and highly intense colours with strong tinting strength. Produced by Royal Talens in the Netherlands, this range is known for its consistency, purity, and ease of mixing.

The paints offer excellent lightfastness, with most colours rated +++ (100+ years under museum conditions), and a small number rated ++ (25–100 years). Their uniform viscosity allows smooth application and controlled blending, making them suitable for both beginners and more advanced watercolour techniques.

This compact set is supplied in a plastic pocket box and includes a round synthetic brush (size 6) and a mixing tray, making it a convenient portable painting kit.
